Form for Reporting Observed Inappropriate Behaviour

Audiovisual Producers Finland – APFI maintains Form for Reporting Observed Inappropriate Behaviour for reporting inappropriate behaviour, harassment or any other misconduct.

If you encounter inappropriate behaviour or harassment at the workplace or in any situations related to work or recruitment, you should primarily report it in accordance with the company’s own procedure.

You can use the APFI form to report a case where an APFI member company has failed to comply with the APFI Code of Conduct or failed to intervene in harassment, inappropriate behaviour or any other misconduct. APFI and its member companies consider equality, early intervention in issues and breaking the culture of silence important.

All observations reported with the form will only be forwarded to the Executive Director of APFI.

• Each report will be processed in strict confidence, and the privacy of the person submitting the report and the target will be protected.
• The data will only be saved for processing purposes, and it will not be disclosed to any third parties.
• You may submit a report anonymously.
• Should you wish, you may also provide your contact details to facilitate the processing of the issue and to receive possible requests for additional information.
• If you submit your contact details, we will separately contact you to verify whether your identity may be revealed when processing the issue.
